Peiner's design philosophy has always revolved around the idea of producing grabs which deal with the biggest volume as opposed to grab dead weight. Normally, the grab and bucket lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight versus 40 percent grab dead weight. This translates into transporting greater quantities of materials faster. There is less wear and tear on the crane structure and its related components. Through a combination of high quality materials and innovative design with manufacturing, the weight ration which is desired is attained.



Grab sizes would range from 1 cubic yard or less to more than 50 cubic yards in order to meet the needs of the client. Peiner USA Inc. also provides a complete spare parts facility and service facility for the models purchased within the United States, as well as the addition of new grabs and buckets.
